Stick & Puck
Stick & Puck sessions are unstructured ice times where you can work on your individual skills at your own pace. It’s the perfect opportunity to practice shooting, passing, puck handling, and skating—whether you're brushing off the rust or building confidence before joining a team or drop-in game.
There’s no formal gameplay or drills—just space to focus, experiment, and get comfortable on the ice. Bring your own gear, grab a buddy or coach if you want extra pointers, and make the ice your training ground.
Cost: $12
